About Ivy
I'm Ivy Lewis, founder of Clarity With Ivy. I teach professionals in delivery facing roles how to spot the micro pressure moments that happen at work every day, respond with composure, and own the narrative afterward, without the fake politics.
Where this comes from
I'm the person delivering, for over twenty years, in complex, ambiguous, high stakes environments across industries. Along the way, I learned to navigate corporate politics myself, and I watched other leaders navigate it very differently.
What I learned is that leadership visibility isn't built through one big moment. It's built through the micro pressure moments you encounter in every meeting, every day. There's a very short window to spot them and respond. Miss that window, and you can end up with work you didn't want and a narrative you don't agree with. Push back on it the wrong way afterward, and you risk being seen as someone difficult to work with. Either way, you lose.
What I learned along the way is how to shape those moments, and how to use them to build an authentic personal brand and leadership narrative, one that gets you seen and gets you visible in your own way.
What I believe
Results without visibility is just a secret. Visibility without ownership is just a story someone else gets to tell. Most professionals are taught to deliver, or taught to be visible. Almost nobody is taught to own the story of their own work. That's what Clarity Under Pressure is.
The methodology: Clarity Under Pressure
Three moves, taught as one system: Spot It. Say It. Own It.
- Spot It. See the micro pressure moment in real time, before it's already passed.
- Say It. Respond inside the window, with composure and clarity, before it closes.
- Own It. Make sure the right people see what you did, and make sure you're the one shaping how that story gets told.
Clarity Under Pressure is also my newsletter on LinkedIn, where I write about these moves in real situations.
Who I work with
Professionals in delivery-facing roles: project managers, operations managers, and anyone whose job is making things happen through other people. Smart, hardworking, and consistently underrecognized, at any stage of their career. The person others lean on when things get complex and messy. They've mastered delivering results. They were never taught how to make sure the story of that work is theirs.
